since I have never heard another tacoma with an exhaust which muffler do u recommend? I want something that doesnt sound like a car and that isn't too raspy but makes a good amount of noise. I think I have it done to flowmaster 40, aeroturbine, and the dynomax. im also open for catbacks but what i hear is u really dont gain anything more from them.

    BUILT, not bought...
about 30 minutes ago I just purchased a Dynomax Turbo muffler for my '06. Gonna cruise over to shop and have them weld it up since i have no welding gear.

From what I gather, its unlike the Flowmasters and I would acutally gain near 5 HP, versus the loss I'd get using a Flowmaster with its excessive back pressure.

Check out youtube, and do a search of 05+ tacomas with exhaust. Best way to find out what you like.
