    Hey everybody…

I have a stock ‘12 TRD and drag an off-road teardrop camper with it. I had problems managing some rough terrain in Utah last year and have just ordered a 3” OME-MED lift. Now I’m researching wheels and tires and figure this must be the place to learn.

Looking forward to these forums and threads.

Welcome and enjoy. Suspension will change your life off road with a teardrop but the teardrop has to also hold it's own off road.

Thanks, man. I own a TC Teardrop ORE, with a 3500lb axle, reticulated hitch, and big tires. The camper did better than my Tacoma last year. LOL

But I truly look forward to getting as far away as possible. This lift should help!

The camper has the same wheels as my stock TRD rims, so I don’t carry and extra spare. My hope is that I can get away with the stock rims, with bigger tires, without rubbing, etc. much to learn yet….
