OMG, that ugly chrome bumper. I'll never understand it.

 

That's one of them. It's getting to popular when people started camping on that side of the park. There was a taco place across the highway from El Mirage many years ago. Don't know if it's there still. There are a few others I can't think of right now.

I, too, dislike the chrome bumper. It's always been that way so maybe they think people like it.

 

Guess they dont see the amount of people that plasti dip over the chrome as their first mod even on 1st and 2nd gens. These should come with a couple cans in the glove box as a standard option.

 

So why is that only the DC has the black B pillars between the two doors? The access cabs seem to be painted. Wtf

 

Is there is no pillar there on the access cab. So it can't be black

Really? Tacos at the lake bed? Fuck. I have been going 4 about 8yrs now and dont think its been in that time.
They charge 15$ a day now to get in that place. Been that way for about 4 yrs now.

 

I haven't been there since 2006 maybe. We go to Stoddard mostly or farther out. Is there an iron Ranger at the entrance or a real booth? That's a rip off. El Mirage is too small now. Stoddard is bigger and free

 

It looked better on the 2nd gen because of the led taillight set up. The blocky new 3rd gen rear end looks terrible with a chrome bumper, color matched is so much better.

Do you still ride a 20" huffy around town? No, because that gets boring. When your young, everything is new and cool to see for the first time. Once you get older, you look for the places no one else has seen. Or the places only a few have seen in person.

I will spend the rest of my life, trying to put the same smile on my face that I had as a kid. Riding down the biggest hill in town or however you spent your youth.

That's the appeal of off-roading. For me. Once you try it, you'll understand. Just my opinion.
