I too have a similar noise and set-up. Only mine is much, much worse (it happens during every bump and turn).

I have narrowed it to the lower bushings on the OME Coilovers to be the culprit. Try spraying some penetrating oil / white lithium grease on them and see if it eliminates the noise (it did for me).

Well I got my truck back after having the broken LR UCAs removed, and factory UCAs reinstalled. So far, I have not been able to get the clunk sound to replicate. So as for now, I am lead to believe that the cracked, and now broken, UCA was the source of my noises.

As @Toeb mentioned, with the visible rust present in the broken portions of the part, I believe they have been broken for some time. Needless to say I feel like I have been driving on a ticking time bomb that could have ended in a very bad way.
I've emailed SPC Light Racing about the part failure. Seems like a manufacturing defect in my opinion. We'll see what, if anything, they have to say.

My SPC LR control arm broke in the same exact spot. It even had rust along the center of the break too, like it was a metal fatigue failure that took a while to completely separate. From what I've been told, it is a flaw of their older design--the bushings and washers clamped the control arm bushing sleeve in place, putting more force on the welds than they were designed to take. SPC should get you new control arms in the mail asap. The new "design" is really just different bushings so the control arms can pivot freely, but so far I haven't had any issues with the replacements.

I didn't have any clunking issues, just some really wonky handling and a bouncy ride. Glad the control arms didn't completely give out when you were driving, definitely would have sent you off the road or into someone else :(
