I'm starting to price out lift options and have narrowed it down to a few different combos/kits. I'm mostly looking at doing it for looks since this is also my daily driver but maybe with some weekend warrior type stuff (gravel roads, maybe some 4x4 stuff 5-6 times per year, etc). The average load in the bed will be 100lbs worth of MTBs and gear. Like every other mall crawler, I would like to put on 33s someday, but would probably upgrade to 17" rims (so I can run C rated tires) with 0 or negative offset. Would prefer to avoid CMC if possible.

I will not be putting much in the bed or towing with this truck since I have an old F250 longbed for that.

    Option 1: Bilstein 5100s ($385) with OME springs 887 or 888 ($180ish) with Headstrong 3 leaf AAL ($200) for a total of about $775.

Option 2: Same as above but with Dakar leaf pack instead of AAL for a total of $1175.

Option 3: Eibach Pro Lift kit with HS's 3 leaf add a leaf for $825 ($925 with preassembled springs)

Dakar leaf pack seems like it might be overkill for my purposes. From what I've read, the 3 leaf AAL should serve me better than a single leaf AAL.

If you aren’t carrying weight, Dakar’s are probably overkill. A 3 leaf aal will suit you fine. 5100s are a tried and true shock option so that would be my recommendation. The eibach system comes with a 650 lb spring so if you’re planning on adding a bumper down the road or anything like that, that may be a better option for you.
