Just thought I’d update here with what I’m doing.

I ran some Seafoam through the vaccum line to check for an exhaust leak. Didn’t see anything obvious.

Picked up some 18mm spark plug non-foulers and used them on the rear bank 2 cat.

So we’ll see if the light comes back on in a day or so. Planning to test fuel pressure this weekend.

The anti fouls will just mask a problem, not fix it. A lean condition can do some damage if not fixed.

Hiding the problem instead of diagnosing it. While it might "work" for you.. It's not a good solution.

I had a P0420 code. Using an obd2 reader and torque app, i saw the O2 sensor was all over the place. I found a bad donut gasket at the Y pipe and replaced both... Solved.
Try swapping O2 sensors for side to side and see if the code changes. Mine didn't, so i knew it wasn't the O2 sensor.

You could try some stuff called cataclean. It's not cheap, but compared to the cat, it's a drop in the bucket.

So my 2006 tacoma with 150,000 CEL just threw the p0430 code . Truck seems to run fine .. I plan on fixing but Wondering how long I could drive it before it starts having issues. Like the cat getting too clogged ? Is it something that needs to be addressed right away ? Don’t wanna get stranded

I've been driving with mine for 3 years and around 20K miles. No symptoms other than the light. Recently had the exhaust off and was able to look in from below, looks fine. I'll probably get it done later this year, but my mechanic says there isn't any hurry as long as it runs good and there's not rattle coming from the cat, which would mean the honeycomb material is falling apart.
