Hi. This is a bit tough as it’ll take either a new shell owner or someone that has one in storage.

I need to know some dimensions where the shell meets the bed rail on a third gen. I’ve gotten the inside and outside “hang” measurements but I need to know the horizontal width. I know it’s probably the width of the bed rail but I don’t have those.

I’ve tried emailing ARE, Leer, and Snugtop none of them will get back to me. I’ve tried emailing what looks like a large seller of used shells, he won’t get back to me. I’ve also tried a couple local dealers and they don’t have stock I can measure.

Anyone here have one hanging from a rafter they are willing to measure?
