Mahogany farms is good, but if you're looking for a hot meal I'd reccomend stopping by and getting lunch in Big Pine from hank at copper top and getting some beef jerky for the road from mahogany farms

 

I have heard great things about that spot! Need to make a damn trip up that way soon food makes me happy.

 

Well from what gathered, before he hit the sack, they underestimated the distance and time to my truck, after it taking so long to get to it they went ahead and did the repairs. After finishing that they attempted to take north pass thinking it would be quicker but got turned back due to deep snow. They then took south pass, which is the longest route both time and distance back to cell reception. I think they thought they would be able to get back to meet me at 1.

I worked up in the Owens valley for a while. Copper top and mahogany meats were regular stops depending on if we were working in bishop or traveling between bishop and lone pine.

 

THIS. IS/WAS. AWESOME! Kudos, props, chest bumps, etc to @Mach375 and @goblue82.

 

Copper Top and Mahoganys are regular stops for me as well. But cant forget Schatts for the chili cheese bread!

No reason not to go alone. @tetten obviously was very prepared, and knew his route, knew what his options were. There was nothing life threatening here.
