I'm completely against tossing HID in a light that's not designed for it. It's pretty selfish to blind oncoming traffic IMO. I don't think a write up is possible as I didn't take any pictures during the process, I just don't have the time. If you can figure out how to retrofit the headlights you should be able to do the fogs.

Was it pretty similar to the headlights.

I agree with it not being designed but so many people do it around me that I just said Screw it... I haven't done the headlights though, waiting on a retro fit

It was similar to the headlights yes, but a bit different also. Those little suckers were hard to get apart. The projectors in there are the blazers from TRS and need to be modded to fit. Also there is no way to mount them with bolts so I used fiberglass.

im seriously considering the fog light projectors because I lost my fogs when I got the prerunner bumper and I cant use my off road fogs legally.

Since I dont have stock fogs, do these projectors look like they can be mounted to a bracket just by themselves? Do I need to consider protecting the lenses on them or can I just mount them like it is?

I dont have any of my stock fog wiring anymore, can I use whatever wiring the provide with the fog projectors to do my own custom wiring? Thanks!
