I have a '21 SR5 that has 245/75/16 stock tires on it. I have only owned the truck for a month and I have done minimal changes to it to include front window tint, Woolwax coated the frame and blacked out the emblems on the side and deleted the tailgate emblems. Next I will take off the air dam and add a skid plate. I am not an off road guy, I fish/camp and my "off roading" will be limited to fire roads and trails along rivers. I am now considering new tires and I read the "Largest Tacoma Tire Sizes On Stock Suspension" thread and I also read the forum about "The skinny on skinny tires" and I am intrigued. My question is this: Can I fit 235/85/16's without changing the suspsension?

That's as high as a 265/75/16 that fits, just not a wide which is usually what make a tire rub. Should be good. I am considering this size once my tires are done.

Shouldn't be an issue. Just make sure that that narrow of a tire works with your wheels.
