    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    Opened up the ol wallet to do a bunch of while you're in there items too. Truck's condenser has always been kinda corroded and now it is missing a whole row of fins, so going to replace that, the drier, and the evaporator core & expansion valve since I will have the system open and I've been smelling the leak in the cab every time I turn the AC on for 6 years now. Finally time to just fix it since it's going to be totally apart.

    20250627_215033.jpgWell, here is the final tacked passenger side. All the runner merges drilled out and smoothed, the super fun front runner merge is fitted up nicely! Should get to finish weld this section soon!

    Finished the twin scroll t4 manifold for my rx7 as well! First complete manifold build! Very stoked to be making them!

    Progress is occurring. Heat sink purge blocks really help keep the warpage from welding at bay. After going over the flanges with a straight edge and a set of feeler gauges I wasn't able to get more than a .004 feeler in anywhere... that's nothing for a gasket to seal... and it was sort of a flawed test since I didn't think to check for warpage before welding.
