I keep getting this highly annoying vibe when accelerating from a stop on an uphill slope. Usually goes away around 20-25.

I get it again at speeds around 65 but it's very random and I'm unable to nail down a pattern to it.

Any thoughts? Truck is bone stock still.

Haha! I know it's an old issue but all the searching I did only pointed me to the issues after lifting the truck or the bad needle bearing which vibes at 30-40 mph. My symptoms don't fit either.
