    Hmmm, That is pretty much what I have been doing, but still have a pretty constant hum vibration at 65-70ish..I wonder if dropping the CB a tad will help? I can see that doing that would change the T-Case to CB angle a bit, but as long as they remain parallel, it shouldn't matter within reason...
    I'll give this a look and try your measurement technique on the caps if I can. I have the Spicer double cardan, so the clips are on the outside...should be fun!
