If the truck originally comes with 16" wheels, is there much of an issue with going to a 17" wheel, as long as the tire choice keeps the overall rolling circumference the same? Such as, having 16's with a 265/70 tire, and going to a 17" with 265/65's.

If an aftermarket wheel in original size (16) doesn't fit due to the caliper rubbing the inside of the wheel, does going to a 17" wheel fix that, assuming the rub isn't on the inside of the spokes or face of the wheel?

My 2011 DCSB 4x4 has 16x7.5 alloys and I want to replace them. I can find no 16" wheels I like that will fit. If that same wheel in a 17" gives the needed room, then..... will that work?

Color matched door handles, Weathertech floor liners, bed mat, Durafit seat covers, tailgate clamp, 2016 TRD Sport 17" wheels with Yokohama Geolander AT tires , Toyota exhaust tip, Toyota/Yakima bike rail mount, Toyota wheel locks, Toyota hitch cover, Redline hood struts, unifilter on air pump.
I put 17” TRD Sport wheels on my SR5 that came with 16” with no issues. Tire size went from 245/75r16 to 265/65r17.
