Answers and Opinions Needed

Got a few questions and feel free to chime in at anytime....Should be getting these black headlights (BHLM) in the mail soon....I'm thinking about upgrading from stock bulbs to a HID kit....Then I was going to go for the yellow fog light look not really thinking HID kit for fogs....Please feel free to let me in on any ideas or anything to help me out here

#1 What is the best sealant to use to seal the headlight housing?

#2 Would a DDM HID Kit Slim Ballast 35W 4500K or 5000k be better for driving at night then leaving in the stock bulbs or would a 55W kit be too much as in brightness?

#3 Would just going with the HID kit work better with the BHLM

#4 Which is the best way to go yellow on the fog lights....yellow bulbs?
lamin-x yellow film? any other ideas?

so in other words with the headlights im getting it would make more sense to go with Silverstars or some other aftermarket halogen bulb

 

Bump still looking for help.....Thanks for the input wolfpack.....i kno there has to be more opinions out there, is just replacing the halogen bulb with a aftermarket one the way to go if so whats a good brand?

Or maybe I'm just not understanding how the HID kit, halogen, projector headlight work
