ANT 2wfmx

I have a 2013 double cab that came with the ANT 2fwmx with a fob that lights but does not control the truck features. How do I program the fob to the truck?

Thanks. I am aware of O&M's on manufacturer and other web searches. Before coming to TW for added ideas, I had viewed the web site and followed these instructions for activating the FOB. The FOB lights when touching the keys and when following the programming instruction the truck gives a faint clicking response but FOB remains unconnected. Ideas anyone?
