!!AntennaX service!!

Anybody deal with antennax? Anybody have good or bad service with them? Man I bought a few antennas from them and never had a problem and I emailuntill this last one. The reception sucks! And all I wanna do is get in contact with them and see what they can do. But they have no phone number and evertime I email them it takes over a week for them to get back to me. Horrible customer service and I'm going on strike with them untill they help me out! So come on antennaX make me happy that's all I'm asking.

I dealt with them a few months ago, purchased their antenna and decided it wasn't for me. They promptly gave me a refund, no questions asked. I felt their customer service was good when I dealt with them. They do go to trade shows frequently so you might be trying to get ahold of them while they're out.

 

I have dealt with him on here and it still takes a while. He responded once but then u don't hear from him for a while. And the fact that u won't put out a phone number is bad service right there. Like I said I bought others from him and had no problem but they should help their customers out.
