It fits OK but there is a gap at the front.

USPS decided to rape my package and caused a dent in it so I’m waiting for the new one before I proceed to get the figment better

A lot of people fill this with rtv and it looks good. You don’t notice unless you are looking for it lol5BEAD7D4-2756-460C-AD06-CB0ED6D39EAC.jpg

It looks like you could easily fill that with some sort of filler that would bond to the plastic - cover the fender with tape to " mold " it, sand it down nice and then coat the snorkel around the base of it with bedliner spray maybe ? Take a look at " Marine Tex " epoxy. When I worked in shops as a kid doing convertible chop tops on mini trucks we used Marine Tex to adhere the ABS plastic convertible top kit parts to the body panels. It dries rock hard but sands like butter.

P.S. - I bought a MIG/TIG recently so I might try to fab my own snorkel similar to what @sytfu510 did...

It’s the new HF Vulcan 220, all of the reviews I saw were great even read some rumors that they come off the same assembly line as some big brands...and I had a coupon

Modded the fan clutch. Works much better now.
We will see after I run a trail how much it helps in 4lo. Huge thanks to @Roostfactor and @loginfailed for this mod.
Got the snorkel plumbed as well

Truck looks great. Quick question did you remove your bumper for winch install looks like there is enough room to ease it in. Asking for a friend :anonymous:

How did your fan clutch work on John Bull? Did your temps come down?

Nothing new in here really. Will be installing dual spal electric fans soon.

Replaced the belt tensioner (PITA) and replaced the belt, crank pulley, and crank seal.
