Yeah, but pending the magnitude in the difference it might change my mind from staying with the same size or going up. I just don't have a regear in the plans right now so I wanted to see how it feels

I have ran 35s on stock gears before and it's really not bad at all.

After I buy my house...

Well, it's close to the same amount of change when going from 265 to 295....which was pretty noticeable to me. I'll just have to make that choice after you let me drive yours! :D

A jigsaw with a wood blade, the coarse blade running at slow speed cuts a super clean edge the whole trick is going at a very slow speed so the blade does not heat up and melt the plastic. My jigsaw has 1-6 and I run it at 2 when cutting plastic. Use a compass w/ a ballpoint pen to mark the line, run the compass along the edge right up against the rubber trim. I would put painters tape on the flare because you will want to play around with it a bit before you cut. You will see that depending on how you hold the compass it will trace slightly different curves in the corners. IMO opinion it looks best when you closely match the curve of the outer edge of the flare.

Edit - IMO best tool to cut the fender with is a jigsaw too, more control and it doesn't bubble and melt the paint, leaves a real clean edge etc, easier to track a nice line vs a body saw too.

Ok cool I just picked up a jig saw and wood blade to cut the flares. Gonna find some edge trim too.
