what do you do with all these? knife handles, dog chews, art? Man, I wish I lived in an area where I could find some. My dog loves antlers. I have a friend whose husband runs a taxidermy, but she can only hook me up with dud racks so they don't cut down well to make good dog chews.

I have several pair and styles of muck boots. They have been very comfortable and durable over the years. I wouldn't recommend for long distance hiking as they tend to be heavy. I use for dove, elk, deer, and rabbit hunting. If I plan on walking more than 2 miles, go with something lighter.

Makes me miss northern Alberta, shed hunting was an obsession of mine. Used to go for the day and come back with my pack completely loaded up.

^Listen to these guys! Danners are incredible boots. I had a pair of snake boots that I put hundreds and hundreds of miles on turkey hunting in Florida. They remained entirely waterproof the whole 3 years I had them and were still in good shape when they got stolen from my campsite one night. Guess someone else thought they were pretty great too. I have a pair of Danner High Grounds now that are one of the most comfortable pairs of boots I've ever owned. They're like tennis shoes with ankle support. Looks like I'll have to guard these ones every time I take them off :quickdraw:

I also own a pair of Muck Woody Max. They're nice simply for the fact that you can just pull them on. And they're really comfortable. They just don't provide the same ankle support that lace-ups do.

I have a pair of the insulated muck boots and I wear them year round for hunting, fishing 4 wheeling, and farm work they are absolutely worth the price tag. I would recommend that if you get them to get the knee high version.
