Melissa and doug dog. Haha our match of him leaves all the bones alone except for an occasional lick to confirm they are his.73AD0F72-160B-4365-8980-E21DD6D23E52.jpg

Any tips for those in the SE? I've found most of mine near water while fishing, this one is my best so far and was actually half buried in the creek bed (you can see the water line on it still)

Just have to watch the state laws, some states allow to buy from other states, but cant export...or some dont even allow import or export. Due to cwd etc.

Kenetrek boots are the best for sidehilling and supporting heavy loads. Add gaiters for snow days.

I disagree. Kenetreks do not fit me. Chew up my heels bad. I prefer Lowa Hunter GTX or Lowa Tibet Tall.

FWIW, I bought muck boots and didnt think they fit snug enough. I have some lacrosse now and a much better fit. My feet are wide at the toe box and narrow at the heel.

Lacrosse for me. The Alpha Burlys are great at keeping your feet warm in a treestand. I find them a little bit heavy for all day shed hunting though. I usually wear non insulated Lacrosse if I will be walking all day. I mostly walk swampy areas so I stick with rubber boots.

I work in natural resources and rubber seems to last a lot longer. I have the lacrosse aeroheads and venoms. Bought the aeroheads when I was in Maryland but I only wear the venoms here in the Carolinas. I would buy chaps too but it's too damn hot in the summer
