with a 3" FB lift and 16" wheels and 30" tires....I used to sit too low, had to bring it up to prerunner height...but now I love this truck, great color, rare, I dont ever see any like these around Knoxville!

Hey Matt in Knoxville what is your MPG with the lift and bigger tires. I know the 4 bangers have a great MPG, just curious how much it was affected by the mods. I went from 20 MPG to 16.5 with my mods. Yuck.

Good afternoon.....I have a quick question. Driving back from out of town, somehow some white road paint (striping, I guess...) got on the rocker panel of my Pyrite Mica taco. Can anyone tell me what to use to remove this? I tried mineral spirits, WD 40 and no luck. It is heavier than overspray. Help!!!! Thanks...............

You could maybe try a claybar or tar and bug remover.

Thanks! I learned to drive in my Dad's '91 4x4 pickup, and drove it for a few months after I first got my license in high school. But yeah, this is my first Tacoma of my own.

I bought it as is, with the lift and everything already on it. All I've done is debadge and a few other little things. An older gentleman owned it and did tasteful mods before trading it in for a full size truck. I'm definitely in love with it.

Thanks for the update, Matt in Knoxville. I think my next Tacoma will be a four banger. Have you lost a little power due to the larger tires? Any thoughts on supercharging?
