Dang I love this color...

 

I've Got a TRD OR 4x4 double cab. Had it about 6-months and I love it.
I can't afford any big mods yet but I did add a BAKFLIP and electric Dynolock. I plan on getting some Wet Okoles (charcoal and black). I did debadge the side doors. Just thought it looked better without them and it'seasier to keep clean.

Figured I'd chime in here as well. I'm planning on buying the TRD FJ cruiser wheels and powdercoating them black like razorecko did. I love the pyrite color with the black wheel combo. I'm also going to look into powdercoating my tube steps as well.

 

I figured since i didnt see any Pyrite Mica threads that id bring this one back to life. Heres mine with 275/70/17 BFG A/T with Procomp 7089 rims. TSB and Bilsteins at 1.75 are coming soon

 

Great looking rid Redfox1, I will be adding a few more pics when I add the ARE "Z" topper around the 15th of this month. I also have billy 5100's arriving this week. Funny how Pyrite mica aka- "fools gold" looks a lot like gray or titanium gray. When the sun hits it Pow! the bronze metallic jumps out. Kinda neat.

 

Here's some new ones of my pyrite. Toytec coilovers in front, rear OME shocks w/ 1.5 AAL. Just have to get rid of that chrome rear bumper!

 

Thanks Taco4x4. Your truck will look pretty good with a topper. I was thinking about getting a rear bumper too, Tim. Not for a while yet unfortunately until i get some money to spend. I am really digging the CBI bumper and the AllPro one doesnt look too bad either. My bilsteins just came in and i got the TSB done last week so i just need to find someone to put the 5100's on. Ill try and remember to put some new pics up with the lift after i get the shocks on.

Latest mods;

added the Eibach coils, Bilstein 5100's on all four corners, fronts set @ zero. Today added 265/75/16 Michelin MS2's. Very happy with this setup. The Michelin's ride like a dream. No issues, rides much better than stock suspension and stock tires. Like a whole different truck.

Bought my Pyrite Tacoma last September. This thread sold me on the color. I've only seen one other since.

This color (as i say when i see one "gunmetal Grey") is so badass!

I have been saying if i ever get rid of mine that i want this color. Looks so sick!

Thought about 2 toning mine with pyrite and white with a thin tribal black pinstripe seperating the two
