    I got it...

Slash your tires and say some kid at (high school, college, middle school, preschool, wherever)did it because he/she doesn't like you because you (made out, cheated on, cheated with, etc, etc) his or her (boyfriend, girlfriend, bestfriend, ex friend, dog, etc).

Its a perfect story, instant new tires, and you get to play fun madlibs...everyone wins!!!

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
I got it. Drive 12,500 miles. Turn around. Drive 12,500 miles back. Be sure to rotate the tires every 10th or so fill up.

Sit and spins. Burn off your tires in about 10 minutes. CAUTION:Your cab may be filled with smoke by the time your done. Rotate your tires and repeat. Entire process can be completed in about a half hour. CAUTION you may need a fire extinguisher to put out the 'back to the future' style flames that you'll leave in the street. This is no joke either, I've seen it done before :) LoL

Do alot of high speed brake checks?? But if I was you, and it was my money, make payments on the tires you want now, and when the others wear out, you got em.. Most of the tire shops here in Ks, will do that.. (check date codes)

If Obama would just hurry up and buy everyone tires, there wouldn't be a problem now right?

x2. My dunlops were down to the replacement/wear bars at 13K miles just from highway miles. So putting on a bunch of miles in the summer heat will wear them out before you know it! Most new vehicles are like this. You just have to plan on replacing the OEM tires very soon after buying a new vehicle.

I don't know you or your parents... but if they told you that new tires aren't an option until you wear your current ones out, then you come back to them a couple weeks later and say "Look, my tires are bald" w/ just 10k miles on the truck, I think they might figure it out.

If you're the one paying for the new tires, why do they care in the first place? I realize sometimes parents' answer is "because I said so," so the answer to that question probably doesn't matter a whole lot.

What you should do is find somebody on here willing to give you a few bones for your tires, then take them the offer and say that the old tires will go to a good home, and you'll get a little money for them.
