I feel your pain.

I hooked a jean rivet on the edge of my bumper right on the corner of my bumper and caused a small gouge. A local shop quoted $400 to respray my wife's JGC front bumper after a low speed bump, so I would think that's roughly your ballpark if you wanted it sprayed.

Rub it down with Nu Finish to see where you are at. The top one looks like the worse of the two, but start with the Nu Finish. If it still bothers you after, take it to a local body shop and see if you can get a "cash" touch up job on it. If you buy the touch up paint you might get pretty good results.
