I'm concern about the rubbing though. Although I have a 3inch lift.

the 255/85 has the same contact patch as 285/75s the 285s tread is 10% wider and the 255 is 10% longer making them equal. the 255 is a good size because they are lighter, and narrower so on the road they dont require as much force going down the road (less rotational mass) not as bad on mpgs. they are taller than a 285... 255 is a true 33" tire. alot less trimming and doesnt require spacers or aftermarket rims to get the backspacing needed to clear the 285s.

back on topic. I have no preference. cleghorn is fine. what time are we gonna do this?

Whatever time we finish at K1. I'm guessing we will leave K1 at about 8.

depending the size of the group the trail could take a while with spotting those without sliders...

a couple bypases have gotten a bit tight. although last time i was there i removed all the rocks (stacked) on the step down so i made it harder :notsure:

Probably about ten going to the trail. We aren't doing all the bypasses. There are a lot of prerunners. And I don't want to be out all night either.

So do you think maybe we should go to k1 and whoever wants to go gocarting can do that n then if people want to go offroading we could do that. (ie Two separate groups)? Maybe people that go to K1 and then want to go offoading after can meet up with us?

i got rocker damage on my reg cab. the trail is pretty rough. its a blast though... very satisfying to make it up your first black diamond. FWIW White mountain 3n17 is very very easy in comparison...
