Thought it would be smart to go to school and get my classes done first/get certified before applying for a job...that way they can see that i have some sort of knowledge and i am already certified
Passed my T2 and D2 and am applying for entry level jobs to get my foot in the door...but keep getting the "kick rocks" letters and emails for lack of experience.

Just wondering if there is anyone on these boards that is in Water and could possible give me some pointers. I mean...even entry level jobs are giving me the thumbs down.
    thanks in advance

im a wastewater operator in ky and seems to me they would rather you not be liscensed so they can start you at the bottom of the pay scale ive seen it so many times where im at. had a class4 applied for a position and did not get the job they hired a trainee instead.
