@medic2230 here you go. Not my best work. Still dialing the grind in, this was only my 3rd shot pulled. I let it go Just a tad long. Was targeting 28g but hit 30g so not bad. Pulled a bit fast though. Tastes pretty good though still. I’ll get my girlfriend to take a better video later

I pulled another double. I had the girl record it but I haven’t watched it yet. If it’s any better I’ll upload for ya. I’m loving I though. Such clean shots

In the last few days. They roast there a couple times a week. They have become my go to because of that. I’ve gotten coffee off the cooling pan there before.

Hell yeah. Those are the best places. I just found a second local shop that roasts in house as well. I would always ride past them on the Harley and I finally stopped last weekend and got a bag. I'm just about out of my first bag from my regular place and I'll be on to those next. Sadly they don't share the same grind setting as what I'm using now so I havent been using them.

@medic2230 got my bottomless portafilter in today! Pulled my first shot with great success, only had one little sputter in the back.

Whats up guys? I thought there would be some other coffee guys here. My current home setup is a gaggia classic pro, and a rancilio rocky grinder. I also do chemex, aeropress and various other methods depending on time of day, mood, and taste desires. I started roasting my own coffee about 6 months ago and haven't looked back. Its WAY WAY WAY cheaper to roast your own beans, I'm talking $50 for 5lbs of single origin green coffee. I like dry process, lighter roast, fruity flavors... and long walks on the beach.

    Any other home roasters?

I’d love to get a roaster, it’s certainly on my to buy list though. A friend of mine does roast though and gives me beans occasionally.
I just got rid of my Gaggia and got a profitec pro 500 2 months back. It’s been amazing!

When I do buy roasted coffee, which is rare now, my favorite is little buddy by Olympia coffee, highly recommend!
