Last Friday, My mother and I went to different store to find washer and dryer. We went place to place and didn't find what she want. We decide go to the food court at the mall. It was raining and snow, off and on. Anyway after we ate lunch, walk back to my truck, somebody hit and run on my fuckin truck! Just small minimal damage on the rear driver side bumper. Maybe driver didn't pay attention to back up or pull in to park. Nobody leave the note or anything like that. Damn those people! Oh well!

When my truck was 6 months old, some moron threw their door open into the rear passenger fender, leaving behind a nice five inch crease in the metal. It was pretty high up, so my guess it was the back door of an SUV, right where it curves to go around the wheel well.

I'm sure everyone... or most everyone knows my story, but what the hell. Dropped it off at Toyota of Dallas for some service and it came back like this:

I bought my 2006 with a dented rear bumper and left rear fender crease (slight). Also very minor dings here and there (hood, right front fender, passenger door). The only damage I've caused is a few scuffs on the rear fenders from leaning against the truck while unloading the bed. Not really damage but you can see 'em.

Just destroyed my radiator, condenser, fan, and shroud going mudding about 30 minutes ago!

Bent the radiator like a taco.

To much speed with the sudden force of water will do some serious damage!

well first, i wedged in between a tree and my boys truck in an attempt to not rear end him after he stopped suddenly after going through a mud hole.
result- bent steering knuckle and smashed headlight.
second, i backed into a tree in a parking lot.
    result- smashed tailight
ultimately both these incidents worked out for the better cause i got to get new black taillights and headlights faster than i would have if they hadn't been damaged

I was cleaning my week old truck and noticed two small surface scratches on the roof. just above and to the left of the third brake light. It doesn't even really look like a scratch its just a different color than the rest of the body. Maybe it will buff out.

Only thing I can think of is they rubbed it while down/loading it up on the mass delivery trucks. Or maybe someone backed it into a low lying tree branch.

You begin to notice things on your car once you wash/clean it.

    1. Was parked at the Starlight Drive In in Atlanta when a Mexican drags the whole right side of "his" van against my front bumper. I had to chas him down and jump in front of him to get him to stop. Got a police report, and a few weeks later the insurance company told me that he gave a false name and the van was stolen. . .

    2. My brother drove my truck to school one day because his was broke down, and he puts it in 4-wheel drive for some odd reason, and proceeds to slam the back bumper into his truck, which was about 10 feet behind him and to the left.

    3. Drove through some motocross woops, and ripped my receiver plug almost off.

Let's see...got hit by Jeep trying to make a turn across ALL the lanes of traffic and found the side of my truck. 12k in damage later, and she was on the road.

Also, I have messed up the front bumper( major spiderwebbing), dented rocker a bit on drivers side, tore off mud flap(well, in two that is). bunch of scratches, scrapes, etc.

Bottom line: It's a truck, and I use it.

The SAME EXACT thing happened to my 2006 Taco about 2 months after I had gotten it. I had it parked on the side of a straight residential road with all the lights on and it was running. I was out of my truck and some jackass comes flying down the road and nails her in the left rear. I was absolutely infuriated.
