I have had my new truck for a whopping 2 weeks. A coconut fell on the hood today. :-(

I backed into something VERY slowly but my hitch took the brunt and seems no damage

Does trail damage count? If it does then I flattened out a exhaust pipe ;)

The day after I got my Prerunner I was rear-ended by a driver's ed. Ford Focus, but it wasn't the fault of the kid driving. The driver's ed. car got rear ended bumping them into me! WTF! Fortunately there was no damage to my bumper (the Focus was an accordion). I don't think that the kid driving the d.ed. car wants to get behind the wheel again.

Just dented my front bumper last week when I tapped into a Mustang. Haven't tried to fix it yet, but I'm hoping it will just pop out and look relatively normal.

Well, idk if it counts, but this lady hit my front bumper with her Prius at idle speed. Long story short she "forgot" it was in drive and let go of the brake and she hit me. Scuffed up the bumper cover but she replaced that on her dime.

Other than that, I'm very fortunate to have had no other damage to my pride and joy :D

I scratched part of back panel and the taillight of the truck against a tree(I got a little close). The paint pen covered the scratch in the paint but the scratch in the light still remains. I am cool with it now though, it adds character to the truck. But rather than that, I got nothing else.

Scratched mine on the front passenger door towards the bottom with the hose when I was washing today. No big deal...the first one always hurts. I'm sure when its dirty you won't see it.

My wife did this to mine when pulling into a covered parking area. Ran into the brown support beams holding it up. Somehow got both fender covers on the left side (front and rear).

Looks identical, happened as she was pulling in.

Just curious, how did that happen, were you parallel parked? Looks like a crazy angle is all.

I bought mine with some whacks, dings and scratches on all sides, so haven't had the need to go out and do any damage mods on my own! ;-) But who knows - one day, I might just get the urge.

I have similar scratches on the passenger side of my bumper and fender flare. Fender flare got it first and I had insurance repair it. The repair shop did a shitty job (took it back but they didn't really do anything), 3 months later, the bumper is scratched up like that.

Two weeks of owning my truck I folded the left side of the rear bumper and crushed the tailgate..I was backing up and did not have the truck engaged in park as I thought, I was hanging out the truck when it slammed into a MT. But I got a black bumper out of the deal.
