Both are Stock - built correct from the start.

I've got a 2003 Tacoma which I'm trying to add a Toyota bed extender to. The brackets from AMP didn't work, so I'm trying the dealer. They claim I need some kind of "reinforcement brace" in addition to the the brackets. Neither of which can they show me a diagram or pic of. Google hasn't helped. The part number of the brackets is: PT329-35101. Any Toyota dealer people out there with a diagram or picture of the setup my dealer is talking about?
