Any decent coat hooks out there?

Has anyone found a decent replacement coat hook for the Tacomas? The POS OEM plastic hanger don't hold clothes hangers well, especially if you want to hang anything else off of them as well such as a stethoscope. I'm not looking for the fancy Lexus coat hanger that mounts to the headrest but I do like that the Lexus' come with real hooks, not a plastic nub sticking out.

 

I am also looking for something better than the OEM plastic coat hooks. I tried to hang my hydroflask on it and it ripped out. I need something a little more heavy duty. I saw on a FJ forum about someone putting these on the car. I am a bit reluctant to pull the trigger on buying because I am unsure how to install/fit it. Maybe you will have a better idea.
