Any else get a check from Toyota...????

Doubt it, you had to opt in by a certain date and doing nothing was same as opting out. You can still sue them since you didn't opt in........

 

I never filed and received a check yesterday for $29.23.

 

But more 'importantly' 14.93 to the law firm for each check issued. The extortion industry at it's finest.

 

Yes, $29.23 today!

 

Got mine the other day. A whole $14.00.

Oh well, its better than a bill I guess!

 

I got a check and have an 04 Tacoma with a throttle cable. I need the address for Toyota Corporate in USA. I want to cash the check and then write Toyota a check for $29.86 with a note thanking them for a excellent product.

 

Got my second check today, have three toyotas', maybe third one on the way

 

I received a check as well, its for $127.84

It arrived at my mom's house a few weeks ago though and just read it today.

Came to the interwebz to do a bit of "research".

Cashed the check last week and bought a buttload of fireworks!

 

I got one for $5.46. Think I'm going to frame it and hang it up out in the garage.

 

I have yet to see one. Question I ask is why the big difference in check amounts?

 

I haven't seen my 2 checks either.

Regarding the funds amount, the court awarded $250 million to the class action settlement. My guess is earlier there were more funds to divvy up among owners and now the pool of money is dwindling.

 

Still no check here.

Not worth worrying about though.

It's kinda funny to get a check as reimbursement for devaluation when I own the truck with the highest resale value in the industry.

At least it was. That hasn't changed has it?
