So I really REALLY like the look of graphics on the bed of the truck or just the rear quarter panel. I was looking at a few options and I wanted to get everyone's thoughts. First and foremost how hard is it to get the TRD Offroad decal from the bed of my 2014 DCSB? How hard is it to apply the decals? Anyone ever paid to get it done, if so how much did it cost? What is the longevity of these decals?

This is what i was thinking and I'd love to know if anyone has tried these "brands" or can recommend another place to get decals like this?

I don't have experience with large graphics. But I did have a local vinyl company overlay part of my hood. Carbon Fiber look.

Also got some vinyl decal flags. I know this is small potatoes, however, good quality vinyl applied to clean dry paint will hold up to high pressure car washes over and over again.

What you're looking to do looks like a lot of detail work to apply!! If you do it come back here with photos!

By the way: I've gotten two sets of decals from these guys. Good stuff!

Not sure if they do what you're looking for though.

I would see if the decal is in one piece from the rear? I recently did the pro bedside decals that we originally thought were one piece turned out to be like 6 individual ones. Not bad to figure out the spacing but I would see if this is one sheet as well. My guess is it might be in parts as to get a piece of vinyl to fit the bedside shape perfectly to do the whole surface seems like it would be challenging to create.

Yep, and its great for bush armor :transformer:

Keep that stock paint in mint shape. It holds up to scratching really well, that was why I did mine in a full wrap.

I did mine in a full wrap. I love it. I bought a whole roll and if something gets messed you have enough to re-wrap half the truck. As for the bed stickers, the biggest issue is the transfer film. A good quality vinyl has pores and air release channels, plus can stretch 20% safely with a little heat. With graphics, the transfer film will not do any of those things. It can really be a pain, but can be done with some time. Use the transfer paper to tack everything in place, then pull it and work the air out of each area. Large areas may need to be popped back up in areas and reapply.

The existing bed sticker comes off easy with a little heat and 3m adhesive remover.

A full wrap will run you 2k ish. I have a friend that owns a wrapping shop so i only had to buy the film which was 450

Pretty easy. It's best to do it on a hot day. Then take a hair dryer or a heat gun (on low) and start at one end. Heat up one end and pull off a corner with your fingernail. Slow pull the decal off as you apply the heat. Don't pull too hard or the decal may melt. Take your time. Should take about 10 minutes per side.
