    So I ordered some boards from some company and they sent me
    a completely wrong set. Crazy. Wasn't even close like I wouldn't notice??

    I looked and looked and found something I like from these guys and
    ordered on Monday 4/5... they claim a tracking number that simply
    says Label Printed. truck-runningboards

    Called them today they swear it shipped but something 'happened' with
    the UPS Tracking system, which of course is total b.s. - anybody had any
    experience with these people?

    Found another company ( https://www.carid.com/ ) and I chatted them up
    and they said they had it in stock.

    Wondering if I should cancel from https://truck-runningboards.com and order
    up from https://www.carid.com/ ... this crap is driving me crazy.

    Nope, but I have ordered from CARID successfully. It was a universal seat cover that ended up not fitting but was able to return it fine and was only out like $7 restocking fee (they sent me a prepaid return label)

    Yea so here's what I've discovered so far.
    All ( or a heck of a lot ) of these online guys are nothing more than drop-shippers -

    I called the dude at truck-runningboards and he was all like believe me they shipped I checked with the 'warehouse' and I'm like
    is that YOUR warehouse? Finally got it out of him they were shipping out of the 'warehouse' in Ontario CA ... APS ... same people who
    originally shipped me a 3-stepper instead of a 2-stepper ..

    I asked to call the ' Warehouse ' and check up but no no they would have to call me... and sure as hell 'PAUL' from APS, who I had
    several Emails with regarding original snafu called me - assured me they were picked up and on the way but still went on and on with
    this b.s. story that UPS simply hasn't updated their systems.

    Don't know about you guys but UPS doesn't 'mess-up' with their tracking...

    He said if I were nearby I could come to the warehouse and pick the set up myself ( sorry it's about a 5.5 hour drive )... assured me
    he had 17 'sets' in stock and mine had shipped...

    If anyone near Ontario is making a trip to Phoenix soon let me know LOL ... I'll have you stop by and pick up a set.
