Same. I forget to share the videos, but have been watching them for many years. Met a few of the designers, product managers and some other corporate people over the years.

Waterfalls are by far some of the most challenging climbs. Thats all year. Not just winter.

I thought I would post a link in here to get all the hard-core survivalists.

I started a new thread here for people to share their Best Apps for off road, repairs, survival, overland, etc and thought you folks have probably got some good ones including bushcraft and first-aid.

Good idea with the "drought" and all. Btw, there is so much water up here in the PNW that we actually just let it flow into the ocean instead of using it all up like you guys do with the Colorado River. :D

What are those normally used for? Always considered one for water collection (for gardening) but never know what kind of chemicals they might be used to store.

usually see them for $100-$200. The guy had a selection of ones that were used for chemicals, food products, or water. The one I bought was used to store rain water.

Good to know. I've thought about getting one, I think they're usually $100-150 here local. $50 is great.

This is one of the last phases of my prepping. I have 1 year's supply of food, solar power set up, generator, and bug out location. Bug out bags for each vehicle.

    ....and some ammo.....

Interesting outcome from sending in a couple warranty items to ARC'Teryx. All my pieces are discontinued that I sent in.

BUT, the 2 items I want are current. Trying to work a deal out. Might end up with that DRYBAG of theirs!

QC is still good, unsurprisingly. Just a little butthurt that they outsourced overseas, and prices went up. I loved them before, but now they kind of washed into the mainstream in my mind. Now I like cottage gear, maybe it's me. Lol

Have you ever had gear made specifically for you? I can't recall the name of the company. I'm sure you know who I'm talking about. They'll make anything to your measurements.
