    What's up my Taco People,

I need to do something about this rusting rear bumper reinforcement on 2018 Tacoma (see the pics).

Think I've found the right replacement part for it (maybe better places to buy this? let me know):

Is this something I can do myself probably? Not a mechanic, just a carpenter.

Or, could I fix this existing part? Maybe take it off, angle grinder with brush, get the rust off, repaint, etc?
