Hmm....just listened to it again at break. Seems all the wavyness is out now and the drums are much, much clearer.

I wonder if it's a case where it might have uploaded to sound cloud, but it needs a while to decode.

Kinda like YT when you upload something in 2560x1440 (or any hi def for that matter) and that resolution doesn't show up right away, even though the vid is completely uploaded?

I dont hear it but Im just on my fone atm.
    Sounds good to me.

Speaking of, those max grips are giving me hella gnarly calluses on the pick hand thumb and finger making it hard to use a touchscreen and also take pics tap tap TAP
    TAP TAP FUCKJNG TAP!

    So anyways
    @Jonas
    Since you were asking.
    Screenshot_20200813-062605_Gallery.jpg

Out of all the other picks in the large pile Im liking these.
Rookie beginner pick slides and aggressive picking destroy them pretty easy but nice feel.
    I like em.

I used to use the .88 maxgrips almost exclusively, they wear down really fast though so I'm using whatever the green tortexs are

    Yeah I have those too.
    Love the tortex's for acoustic.

The max grips are outstanding for wear, theyre lasting forever I just needed to try something, I dont have the patience for this fone malfuktion bs.

Like the man said one of the perks of getting older is I have a large pile of picks to spoil myself with, unlike when I had wife and kids and couldnt just buy a pack because I wanted to.

    Its kind of nice.
Its the little things sometimes that bring me joy.

Are y'all familiar with Loog? It's like the GROM of guitars. Got my kid one for Christmas and we both have a blast playing with it. We restrung it with heavier gauge strings so he can dig into it. Sounds great with a hint of reverb through a cranked 5-watt tube amp.

    Very nice!
    Love it.

I need a small elec like that and tiny battery operated amp for taking to camp instead of the acoustic.
They would take up a lot less room in an access cab.

Came back to spike/truck camp for a cody break last season....
    No one around for miiiiiiillllles...
Lit up the stereo, was like day 8 or watever.
Need louder tunes than what is on the quad.
    More volume situation for sure.

Couple hours later headed back out, ran into a guy and his son, got to talking.
They had just hunted down to the ridge above spike camp and back up....
Yeah , he says, we heard ya.
    Sounded good.
    Lol
Silence is golden but so is LOUD music!

    Wth? They shred that easily?

My 1st concert. Probably around late "79" or early "80".
John Waite and the Baby's. I was like 12 or 13.
I remember it vividly because my Mom had a date with a dude and they couldnt find
a babysitter. So he got 4 tickets. We were like in the 10th row, floor.

John Waite shook up a bottle of Champagne and popped the cork.
It hit my brother in the chest and people were scrambling to get it.
    Great memories!!!

I want to say it was in Akron or Cleveland Ohio.

I believe the guitarist is playing a Fernandes LA-85KK? series with the red fretboard.

The day finally came. I dropped my pick in the sound hole of the acoustic. :annoyed:
