    Yea. If it's truly an OFR instead of the 1000 series trem, maybe. Never played an 81/85 active pickup.

    They are $799 new. Many for $650 used.

    Now the original "music yo" 1984's are supposed to be pretty cool.

    I wished i would have hung on to both my mexi Fender "EVH" guitars. I was pretty impressed with the craftsmanship of them.

    For $700, I'd just buy another striped series, new from sweetwater.

    I highly recommend Yamaha. It doesn’t matter if you spend $200, or $2,000 on a Yamaha, you’re going to get a great value for your money.
    They just don’t build any crappy instruments, especially acoustics. They come setup very well.
    I have a LJ16. Solid rosewood body, Englemann spruce top. Beautiful sounding guitar. I preferred it to a Martin costing more than twice as much
