i can't justify it for as little as i play them nowadays lol. i looked at one a while back and prices have gone way up.

ended up trading the washburn and getting a semi-custom rear loaded agile hornet (king v) with bk's and a floyd. im down to that and the xiphos for 7 strings.

one for me to play and one for a buddy when we have a jam session lol...

My band mate had a Xiphos. It was awesome. Played very nice. I put some bare knuckles in it for him and it ripped.

man the xiphos is my ibby addiction....i currently own 5.

here is a rare halo 3 edition. i can't remember but i think that its 1 of 3 in the usa and/or worldwide.

these were the grand prize giveaways when halo 3 launched on the xbox 360.

I don’t think so. I think DNA has double helix inlays not the tree of life ones. Could be wrong. Via just likes his swirls.

guitar is beautiful....too bad you had a horrible experience. all the indo ones ive owned have been great. ive bought all on line too so i never got a chance to play them first.

only ibby ive played that had issues was a china made rg i saw at a pawnshop.

all my xiphos' are indo and all play wonderful. i do think the super thin necks and being neck-thru helps a lot.

me too...own/owned a few epi's and chibsons but never bought the real deal.
part of it is because i love esp's, jacksons and ibbys more.

the other reason is i spent a month with a usa custom lp a friend had me keep while he was moving. couldn't bond with it. it was too heavy (duh), neck was too fat and for some reason i didn't sound like steve clark when i played lol.

I have one perfect SG that I'll never get rid of. Owned a bunch of Les Pauls and never kept one a year. They weigh a ton, have limited upper fret access, and can't do anything my light and fast SG can't do.

Nice! I dig that color. Huge fan of SG's.

Yeah, I really like how light SG's are vs LP's too.

The walnut color is my all time favorite. Sucks they haven't made it in quite a while now. That's a 2014.
