Yep - been wanting a good amp to have a little more spank with playing that kind of rhythm. Recently stumbled upon this and enjoyed most of the videos I've seen on his channel:

Speaking of pedals - I like them to come up with new songs and not really as a replacement for phrasing or overall good playing even though they probably can be over used in these ways as much as an actual contribution to the musicality of your playing. If anyone's interested in learning about them I recommend this guy, since I'm not in this thread a lot maybe it's beating a dead horse:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYVP9Q61rd0

But he has a lot of things I would have loved to know early in the experimenting with gear

So many levels here - medically or mentally (if they're actually not the same somehow)

New knobs. My hand kept smacking on the old ones. These should help.

We all go through ups and downs brother. I feel you though. Hope you get past it.

    I guess that's why there's Bourbon whiskey.

I do and right now I play a 1974 Fender Stratocaster. Also have an Ensenada acoustic which I've had for ages and has a very robust sound. Small neck and the action is close. Planning on buying a Gibson SG sometime soon. Never stop jamming !!!!
For the most part I jam to the Country Western Station with a beer or two. Fun stuff. Rarely learn songs or play songs I've learned. Creating your own riffs and melodies to other songs is what it's all about. Learn how to play and Play On.

    Thanks!

Plays great, sounded like crap until I yanked out all the electronics and pickups and replaced them.
