Looks like the seller is legit.
Its collector Eric Ernest here in SC. Both my kramers came out of his collection. Interesting.

Let me know brother, i've been trying for years.
The only bad side effects I have seen was the nightmares. I'm down
with those nitemares fist fighting my sleep paralysis demons if it works.

Yeah, I've tried the gum, patches, and all the other over the counter stuff over the years. That shit never worked for me. This will be the first time using a prescription product, will still be some work on my part. Only the first dose and no side effects so far...

I quit about 5 years ago. Was the best thing I've ever done. Feel so much better.

    I went cold turkey.

Yeah, I've quite twice. Went 7 years from the first time (cold turkey) before I started again, got divorced and figured why not? Quit again almost two years ago. Vaped for a while the second time to wing me off cig's but vaping is weird, but no smoke smell.

I'd probably start smoking if I had a divoced too.

I vaped for a bit too. I feel like vaping was worse because I could basically smoke anywhere all the time if that makes sense? Before I would have to go outside to smoke and I hated to smell like cigarettes. I miss smoking sometimes, especially when I'm drinking. It sucks that it's so bad for you.

Definitely vaped a lot more often being you can do it anywhere.

yeah, def when drinking but every once in a while I'll run and get some cheapo cigars if I'm on a guys weekend or guys night. Still hard not to inhale, doesn't feel right not to inhale

The price of lumber is rediculous.

Since both of my vintage Martin's ('47 00-18 and '49 00-17) are in the shop with seventy year old bridges split through the saddle slot, I thought look for a Gibson J-45 in the same age range but really couldn't find one that made any sense, so I broke down at the height of the pandemic and bought a sight unseen Gibson Southern Jumbo from Sweetwater. Sitka spruce with mahogany back and sides and nitrocellulose lacquer finish. It was good right out of the box but after six months, it's turned into a fabulous guitar and I couldn't be happier. I did just order the new Waverly 21:1 open back tuners to replace the rather lackluster Grovers that came on it but that replacement turns out to be a bit more complicated as the screw holes are about half a hole off, so that means making a dozen mahogany toothpicks to glue in, cut off and re-drill, so about a day to do a job that should've taken 20 minutes. A really beautiful instrument that looks as good as it sounds, so I made sure to document it before it gets beat up too much. And of course, a shot of the back of one of those new Waverly's. GibsonSouthernJumbo2020_1500S.jpgWaverly21-to-1_1500.jpg

Took most of the year to find Brazilian rosewood bridge pieces for the Martins. $250 per. Hopefully they'll be back in my hands soon.

Interesting take. I have a Martin D18GE with Waverlys on them and an HD28 with Grovers on them and have no gripes with the Grovers.

The Grover Sta-Tites are very similar in design but have a ton of backlash when changing direction and just lack the overall precision, but they're only $50 roughly vs. close to $200. I've used Gotoh Mini 510's on a Goodall and a Tele copy, and those are amazing too.
