    Had fri and mon off so just extended it another day. Spent it changing out 2 shower cartridges. joy.

    For a shower? Never. Drinking water cartridges, yes. Just Never heard of a filter for the shower. I need to get out more....

    It's not a filter.
    It's a cartridge that controls your hot and cold water. Located behind the knob in showers and sinks. So if your shower head leaks or its leaking behind the knob or you notice that you have to turn the knob more and more towards the hot side just to get hot water...the cartridge needs replaced.

    Look forward to some good fun when that time comes around. :)
