    Pulled the trigger today on a strandberg Boden prog 7. Now I just have to wait for January to get it. GC has the model in stock at other locations but only with the poplar burl top, which I decided was too "look at me." Strandberg told me the poplar burl is a GC exclusive and the run is over. Thinking I'm still going to keep my trusty Horizon, its just too good to let go.

    I still need to try out some fluence pick up's. Heard nothing but great things about them. Might just buy a set of moderns since I have EMG's in all my guitars. Won't be able to use voice 2 for them, but not sure how much I would use that passive voice anyway...

    Nice. I have had 3 Kramers. IIRC, a 86 ZX30, 88 Japanese something...it had a bolt on 24 fret neck, FR and HSH pickups, and finally a 90 something...24 fret neck through (or set), FR and DiMarzio Steve vai evolutions. Liked them all but my Horizon did everything they did, and more, and I was tired of FR stuff.

    He's good, like his style. A lot better than me, but then again I can search 10 year old guitar players on YouTube who can shred better than most "professional" players.
