    Its a 60’s reissue Les Paul Standard. The neck is glued in. If I gave a bit more due diligence I could probably find a reasonable avenue. I just found a recent resurgence of interest in possibly finding some new info on the possibility of repair.

    need to get home and get a guitar in my hands. its said that feellings starts at the shoulder and works down to the fingers after a stroke. I had left hand movement on thurs which is pretty odd.

    It can be repaired. It will actually be stronger than it was before. I am not sure where you are, but Elderly Instruments here in Lansing Michigan has a team of luthiers and they have quite a bit of experience because they are known for selling and repairing old instruments.

    hospital called my mom in a panic. not knowing she was in Ohio. telling her she needed to get there asap. mom asked why and they said my heart stopped and they were trying to get it started. thats when they broke the defibs out. coulda swore i heard someone say. "hit him again. or a nurse told me that later on.
