Any helpful program for 4k monitor quick font scaling?

I have a Dell Precision M4800 laptop for work, and it has a 4k display.

When it is undocked, the resolution is 3200x1800 and I have to bump the font scaling to about 200%
When I have it docked, it connects to two 1080P monitors with a resolution of 1920x1080, and I have to adjust the font scaling back to 100%.
Whenever I change from docked to undocked or vice versa, I have to manually change the font scaling each time. Whenever you change font scaling, it requires a sign out. As you can imagine this gets really annoying.

Have you guys ran across any programs that help take care of this?
