    I hear ya. I never want to see a truck after I sell it because it's literally painful to see what they do to it.

    Lowered 4/5 Stage 4 clutch. Fidanza flywheel. W58 trans, arias pistons, pauter rods, arp mains an head studs, cosmetic gasket, T3/t4 15psi and more coming!
    I know right! I've regret it ever since I sold it, I talk to the Guy last week who has it, the oil hasn't been changed in it since I had it 3 yrs ago an its got 325,000 miles on it!

    232,xxx on my 2.7 4x4 access cab. No major repairs. Exhaust header replaced and a shift soleniod. Routine maintainance only. I'm about to rebuild the rack and pinion.

    Had a 95 P/U 2 WHEEL Drive...turned it into the dealer after 607,722 miles and got $3000 off my 2004 Tacoma which now has 430,732..I drive a lot....ya think..lol..

    The dealership put in their showroom ...had to guess the mileage...stayed for close to a year...NOBODY ever got it right....

    I've only got 67,000. I got it when it had just a little over 30,000. They've been hard miles.

    Hard miles? That thing ain't even broke in yet lol I've got 255k an on 10psi lol that's hard miles but it loves it, no noises so smoke, its lovin it:cool: its been ran at the quarter mile track Every summer since 150k. Its indestructible.

    225/70 x 14 tires
    96 2.4 auto at 276,100. Never had the valve cover off, doesn't need top ups between 5000 mi oil changes, and runs smooth & strong at all speeds. Transmission is all original. Original wheel bearings. Original radio, power windows/locks, gauges(analog) still work. A/C and cat replaced last year, harmonic balancer and ball joints replaced two yrs ago.

    From what I've read on this forum, the latest 2.7 is every bit as reliable as the old 2.4. :)

    3inch toytec coils 5100's, aal(soon to be replaced), 33/12.5 km2s, + a money hole...
    I have a 176k on my 98 2.7 4x4...getting ready to rebuild it...no problems at all jut rather do it sooner than later
    Plus it could prevent damage to other parts if the motor !
