Any idea what this noise is in the transmission?

05 4x4 4.0. I've attached a video that I posted on YouTube. I discovered this when chasing a driveline issue and greasing the U-Joints. I don't seem to have transmission issues and the driveline investigation was stopped short when I found the famous 05-06 engine mount weld failure. Just wondering if anyone knows what this is or happened to run across this at some point. To me, it almost sounds like chain slap, yet I would think the only chain present would be in the transfer case in that area. Rather than go down the research rabbit hole, I figured I would ask you guys first, as this forum is on point.
