Any ideas? Emergency HAZARD Flasher Weird behavior…

So check this out:
When truck is running, emergency my flashers work fine (both sides)

When truck is not running, but in accessory mode, same behavior.

when truck is off, ONLY the RIGHT side flashers work.

I have an elaborate flasher setup:
VLEDs switchbacks in DRLS, AND Morimoto switchbacks in headlight housings. I have switchback MESO mirror leds, and I have the new generation Meso tail lights.

Again, all these features work when the truck is running or in accessory mode.

I’ve started troubleshooting by removing (MESO) tails to see if there was a malfunction there. No change, cleaning connectors and dielectric greasing.

Before I get too deep into that, Amoy other suggestions?
