Just a little vinyl shop in St. Augustine, I'm sure you have something similar where you live.
I paid ~$200 for the hood and door pillars...

Had the center portion of my hood done in satin black. Works like a champ for cutting the glare. Cost me $140 at the local wrappery.

I flipped my scooped hood over and mounted it upside down, so that did the trick on the glare,
but unfortunately i think i created a blown diffuser and now when i hit 88mph, ...i keep going back to the....um, well...you know.

Its not just the hood scoop that causes the glare.
The back side of the hood that dips toward the windshield directs sunlight right in to your face as well.
    I have sensitive eyes also.

Reflection included.......wards off glare even in bright ass sun.

Clouds are those things that swing by every now and then and make houses slide down your hills and put out fires.

Guess I haven't had my skewpt hood long enuff to get the glare thing. Been out at all times of day with all angles of sun and yet it eludes me. Still got that plain glare free 040 hood for cheap if anyone needs one.

Other than matte clear, not sure would look right on white if it ever glares at me. I like the black wrap in center of the mgm but wouldn't look that good on mine imo.
